When handling personal data, we proceed in accordance with the Czech laws and regulations and directly applicable EU legislation, in particular Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the processing of personal data, as amended, and Act No. 480/2004 Coll., and in accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, the General Data Protection Regulation on certain information society services and amending certain laws, as amended.

Who is the controller of your data?

When is it not necessary to give consent to the processing of personal data?

We may process personal data without your consent only for the following purposes:

  • Performance of a contract for the provision of a service or product
  • Fulfilling legal obligations arising for us from generally binding legal regulations.
  • Processing for legitimate interest (e.g. direct marketing, safety and security).

For what purpose do we manage personal data and for how long?

The data may be used for business and marketing purposes, i.e. to maintain a database of website users and to offer goods and services for the duration of the legal reason for this processing and use of personal and other data. In other words, we collect your personal data to enable you to use our services and to keep you informed of new developments. Contact form – we collect data from the form for the purpose of joint negotiations and the possibility of creating an offer or responding to your inquiry. Such processing is permitted by 6. article 1 word b) Regulation. We will process the personal data for the duration of the contract negotiations or for a maximum period of 1 year after sending your message, unless you consent to further processing.

We may use identification and address data in accordance with the so-called legitimate interest for the production of internal statistics. We use the anonymised output from these statistics to improve our services, including analysing user behaviour and marketing.

We process personal data collected through cookies on the basis of your consent (which you can give by confirming it on the web interface after you have been notified of the use of cookies and have had the opportunity to read this Policy). We are entitled to process the personal data collected via cookies even if you continue to use the web interface after you have been notified of the processing of this personal data.We use the personal data collected via cookies for the purposes of providing user support, improving our services, including analysing user behaviour and marketing.

Any personal data provided for the above purposes is provided entirely voluntarily and by expressing their consent through active interaction – for example, by ticking the relevant box, continuing with the action leading to the submission of data, confirming the relevant button or on the basis of legitimate interest. How are my data protected?

We do our best to secure all personal data we process against leakage or theft. For this reason, we restrict their manipulation, copying, transfer or access to them only for the strictly necessary purposes for which you have given us your consent or where that purpose is defined by law.

Furthermore, our website has an HTTPS protocol (valid SSL certificate) for an encrypted connection between the website and the user, which minimizes the possibility of personal data theft during data transfer (registration, login, form submission, etc.):

Who can access your personal data?

Your personal data is processed by the Controller within the meaning of the Personal Data Protection Act; however, it may also be processed for the Controller by other entities (as processors or controllers):

We may further authorise other data processors or operators (such as carriers or other operators involved in the performance of a contract and fulfilment of our obligations), but only to the extent necessary for the performance of the contract. We will not transfer your personal data to anyone. The personal data and other information we obtain is fully protected against misuse. The personal data will be processed in electronic form in an automated manner or in a printed form in a non-automated manner. Your personal data will not be transferred to countries outside the European Union.

What are my rights in the context of personal data protection?

  • To request information from us on what personal data is being processed.
  • To request clarification from from us regarding the processing of your personal data.
  • To request access to your data and to have the data updated or rectified.
  • To request that we erase your personal data.
  • To request data portability.
  • To be informed about a personal data breach in certain cases.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority regarding the processing of your personal data or the failure of the Controller to fulfil the obligations inherent in the GDPR at any time.
