Der Industriepark befindet sich auf dem Gebiet der NUTS II-Region Nordwest, in dieser im Bezirk Karlsbad und in diesem wiederum auf dem Stadtgebiet von Eger.<\/p>\n

Das Einzugsgebiet des Industrieparks ist das tschechische Gebiet der Region Egrensis, dessen Zentrum Eger, eine Stadt mit 33.442\u00a0Einwohnern bildet. Zum tschechischen Gebiet der Region Egrensis z\u00e4hlt man die Landkreise Cheb \/ Eger, Falkenau \/ Sokolov, Tachov und Karlovy Vary \/ Karlsbad.<\/p>\n

Die Stadt Eger bildet einen der wichtigsten Verkehrsknotenpunkte der Tschechischen Republik. Sie liegt am Stra\u00dfenzug der Staatsstra\u00dfe I\/6 respektive E 42 N\u00fcrnberg – Eger – Sokolov (Falkenau) – Karlovy Vary (Karlsbad) – Praha (Prag). Bei dieser Strecke ist ein Ausbau zu einer vierspurigen Schnellstra\u00dfe geplant. Au\u00dferdem liegt Eger an der Stra\u00dfe Nr. I\/21, die eine Zubringerstra\u00dfe zur Autobahn A5 (tschechisch D5) ist.<\/p>\n

In Eger kreuzen sich auch die Haupteisenbahnverbindungen Nummer 140 – und Nummer 170.
\nDie Eisenbahnlinie Nummer 140 f\u00fchrt von Eger \u00fcber Sokolov (Falkenau) und Karlovy Vary (Karlsbad) nach Chomutov (Komotau), bzw. weiter bis D\u011b\u010d\u00edn (Tetschen).<\/p>\n

Die Eisenbahnlinie Nummer 170 f\u00fchrt von Marktredwitz \u00fcber Schirnding nach Eger, Mari\u00e1nsk\u00e9 L\u00e1zn\u011b (Marienbad), Plze\u0148 (Pilsen) und Praha (Prag).<\/p>\n

Des weiteren ist Eger an die Lokalbahnen nach Asch nach Bad Brambach und Luby (Sch\u00f6nbach) angebunden.<\/p>\n

In der N\u00e4he von Eger befinden sich die wichtigen Grenz\u00fcberg\u00e4nge Pomez\u00ed (Schirnding), Svat\u00fd K\u0159\u00ed\u017e , auch Vojtanov ist nicht weit entfernt.
\nEger selber fungiert als Eisenbahn\u00fcbergang.<\/p>\n

Eger verf\u00fcgt auch \u00fcber einen kleinen Flugplatz, der f\u00fcr Sportflugzeuge sowie neuerdings auch f\u00fcr die Flugrettung genutzt wird.
\nCa. 50 km von Eger entfernt befindet sich der internationale Flughafen Karlsbad.<\/p>\n

Das Angebot des Industrieparks besteht darin, dass technisch erschlossene und an das Vekrehrssystem angebundene Grundst\u00fccke zur Vermietung oder zum Verkauf angeboten werden. In der ersten Ausbauphase handelt es sich um\u00a035 Hektar technisch erschlossener Grundst\u00fccke. Die Grundst\u00fccke befinden sich im Eigentum der Stadt Eger und sind ab Oktober 2003 f\u00fcr die wirtschaftliche Nutzung durch Investoren zur Verf\u00fcgung. Sie sind f\u00fcr Produktionsbetriebe, Logistikzentren und Handelsobjekte vorgesehen. Die Produktionsbetriebe d\u00fcrfen die Umwelt nicht wesentlich belasten. Bevorzugt werden Investitionsvorhaben mit einer gr\u00f6\u00dferen Mehrwertsch\u00f6pfung.<\/p>\n
