V\u00a0roce 1394 m\u011bsto po\u0159\u00eddilo postroje a vybaven\u00ed pro 20 kon\u00ed a tak\u00e9 v\u00a0dal\u0161\u00edch letech dr\u017eelo v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed po\u010det kon\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li>Chebsk\u00fd sen\u00e1t si opakovan\u011b st\u011b\u017eoval na spr\u00e1vce hradu \u2013 purkrab\u00edho Zdymira von Zedtwitz, \u017ee navzdory p\u0159edchoz\u00edmu z\u00e1kazu st\u00e1le jezd\u00ed po d\u0159ev\u011bn\u00e9m most\u011b mezi chebsk\u00fdm hradem a tzv. V\u00e1clavov\u00fdm hradem na lev\u00e9m b\u0159ehu Oh\u0159e. V\u00a0roce 1393 vydal kr\u00e1l V\u00e1clav IV. p\u0159\u00edkaz, aby byl most odstran\u011bn, co\u017e se neprodlen\u011b stalo. V\u00fdstavbou opevn\u011bn\u00ed u tzv. R\u00e1mov\u00e9 v\u011b\u017ee (u domu \u010dp. 70\/1 v\u00a0Dobrovsk\u00e9ho ulici) byl nov\u011b chebsk\u00fd hrad od t\u00e9to strany zcela od\u0159\u00edznut.<\/li>\n<li>Star\u00fd chebsk\u00fd kon\u0161elsk\u00fd rod Huler\u016f nebo Hulen\u016f se odst\u011bhoval do Prahy (stejn\u011b jako rody Eger\u016f, Kornb\u00fchl\u016f a Petzold\u016f) a tam u\u010dinil kari\u00e9ru. Sigmund Huler byl nejprve porotce a kon\u0161el Star\u00e9ho M\u011bsta Pra\u017esk\u00e9ho a potom roku 1393 podkomo\u0159\u00ed kr\u00e1le V\u00e1clava. Pozd\u011bji byl v\u0161ak obvin\u011bn z\u00a0mnoha vyd\u011bra\u010dstv\u00ed, dostal do konfliktu s\u00a0arcibiskupem i samotn\u00fdm kr\u00e1lem a roku 1405 byl s\u0165at na radnici Star\u00e9ho M\u011bsta Pra\u017esk\u00e9ho.<\/li>\n<li>kv\u011btna 1394 byl v\u00a0Kr\u00e1lov\u011b Dvo\u0159e u Berouna zajat \u010desk\u00fd kr\u00e1l V\u00e1clav IV., kdy\u017e se proti n\u011bmu spojili p\u0159edstavitel\u00e9 vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed \u0161lechty v\u00a0\u010cech\u00e1ch a na Morav\u011b s\u00a0moravsk\u00fdm markrab\u011btem Jo\u0161tem.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Chebsk\u00fd sen\u00e1t potom vypravil poselstvo k\u00a0Jo\u0161tovi, markrab\u00edmu moravsk\u00e9mu, aby mu projevilo hold. V\u00a0poselstvu byli nejv\u00fdznamn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159edstavitel\u00e9 m\u011bsta: Niklas Junckher, Herrmann Frankengr\u00fcner, Erhart Rudisch a L\u00f6w P\u00fcchelberger.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Zemsk\u00fd hejtman Jan Zho\u0159eleck\u00fd, bratr kr\u00e1le V\u00e1clava IV., vyjednal jeho propu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ze zajet\u00ed. Kr\u00e1l V\u00e1clav IV. potom roku 1395 potvrdil Chebu \u010dty\u0159let\u00e9 osvobozen\u00ed od dan\u00ed za \u010d\u00e1stku 3000 kop gro\u0161\u016f ro\u010dn\u011b. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 kr\u00e1l potvrdil chebsk\u00e9mu sen\u00e1tu spr\u00e1vu nad \u0159\u00ed\u0161sk\u00fdmi lesy.<\/li>\n<li>V\u00a0roce 1395 mohl Cheb postavit ca. 2.600 ozbrojen\u00fdch mu\u017e\u016f, z toho ca. 200 \u017eoldn\u00e9\u0159\u016f, 1.200 mu\u017e\u016f m\u011bstsk\u00e9 hotovosti a 1.200 ozbrojenc\u016f venkovsk\u00e9 hotovosti.<\/li>\n<li>Chebsk\u00fd purkrab\u00ed Zdymir von Zedtwitz byl sesazen a v\u00a0\u00fa\u0159adu byl v\u00a0roce 1395 Busko (Buslaw) von Schwamberk, roku 1396 Burkhard von Jenowitz a roku 1397 Johann Landgraf von Leuchtenberg.<\/li>\n<li>Purkmistr Niklas Junckher v\u00a0roce 1396 zakoupil d\u016fm \u201eNa ostr\u00e9m rohu\u201c (\u010dp. 475\/30 na n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed).<\/li>\n<li>\u010cesk\u00fd kr\u00e1l V\u00e1clav IV. v\u00a0roce 1397 omezil moc chebsk\u00fdch purkrab\u00ed a zak\u00e1zal jim do budoucna stav\u011bt jak\u00e9koliv mosty nebo p\u0159echody p\u0159es \u0159eku Oh\u0159i. M\u011bstu povolil roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159it a vylep\u0161it m\u011bstsk\u00e9 opevn\u011bn\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li>Uhersk\u00fd kr\u00e1l Zikmund Lucembursk\u00fd ud\u011blil chebsk\u00fdm kupc\u016fm pr\u00e1vo bezceln\u00edho obchodu v\u00a0Uhersku, bez placen\u00ed m\u00fdta a bez poplatk\u016f tzv. t\u0159ic\u00e1tku (tj. ve v\u00fd\u0161i t\u0159icetiny ceny zbo\u017e\u00ed).<\/li>\n<li>Chebsk\u00e9ho m\u011b\u0161\u0165ana Hanse Rudische v\u00a0roce 1397 probodl a usmrtil jist\u00fd Franz M\u00f6del.
