Lodn\u00ed ulice m\u011bla podle toho \u00fadajn\u011b z\u00edskat i sv\u016fj n\u00e1zev.<\/li>\n<li>Albrecht von Neuberg sv\u011b\u0159il v\u00a0roce 1331 kr\u00e1li Janu Lucembursk\u00e9mu svoji rodovou tvrz se statkem Neuberg na Chebsku (dnes Podhrad\u00ed u A\u0161e) a kr\u00e1l jejich majetek osvobodil od v\u0161ech dan\u00ed a poplatk\u016f, zejm\u00e9na od bern\u00ed, kter\u00e9 do t\u00e9 doby n\u00e1le\u017eely m\u011bstu Chebu a Chebsku. Oblast A\u0161ska d\u00edky tomu z\u00edskala autonomn\u00ed postaven\u00ed v\u00a0r\u00e1mci Koruny \u010desk\u00e9. V\u00a0roce 1398 se A\u0161sko s\u00a0hradem Neuberg je\u0161t\u011b po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 k\u00a0Chebsku, ale na po\u010d\u00e1tku 15. stolet\u00ed p\u0159estal Peter Zedtwitz platit chebskou zemskou da\u0148 a A\u0161sko tak osamostatnil.<\/li>\n<li>Star\u00fd chebsk\u00fd rod Petzold\u016f se odst\u011bhoval do Prahy, kde byl \u201ePesold aus Eger\u201c v\u00a0roce 1334 p\u0159\u00edse\u017en\u00fdm porotcem Star\u00e9ho M\u011bsta Pra\u017esk\u00e9ho.<\/li>\n<li>Roku 1335 nav\u0161t\u00edvil Cheb \u010desk\u00fd kr\u00e1l Jan Lucembursk\u00fd a ud\u011blil m\u011bstu privilegium, ve kter\u00e9m byly k\u00a0Chebsku nav\u017edy p\u0159ipojeny tr\u017en\u00ed osady A\u0161 a Selb.<\/li>\n<li>Od roku 1336 jsou z\u00a0\u00fa\u0159edn\u00edch knih, instrument\u00e1\u0159\u016f a kronik zn\u00e1ma jm\u00e9na hejtman\u016f, purkrab\u00ed a rycht\u00e1\u0159\u016f na chebsk\u00e9m hrad\u011b. Nejstar\u0161\u00edm purkrab\u00edm, kter\u00fd za nep\u0159\u00edtomnosti panovn\u00edka spravoval chebsk\u00fd hrad, byl v\u00a0roce 1336 R\u00fcdiger von Sparneck.<\/li>\n<li>Kr\u00e1l Jan Lucembursk\u00fd ud\u011blil roku 1340 chebsk\u00fdm m\u011b\u0161\u0165an\u016fm Niklasovi a Konr\u00e1dovi Forster\u016fm (byli ze star\u00e9ho chebsk\u00e9ho rodu Spervogel\u016f a Forster-lesn\u00edk bylo zprvu jejich p\u0159\u00edzvisko) d\u011bdi\u010dn\u00e9 l\u00e9no nad kostelem v\u00a0Selbu. V\u00a0roce 1341 sv\u011b\u0159ili Forsterov\u00e9 kr\u00e1li Janovi Lucembursk\u00e9mu sv\u016fj d\u011bdi\u010dn\u00fd majetek a kr\u00e1l jim ho nazp\u011bt prop\u016fj\u010dil v\u00a0l\u00e9no.<\/li>\n<li>Opat kl\u00e1\u0161tera Waldsassen v\u00a0roce 1341 prodal obec Redtwitz svobodn\u00e9mu c\u00edsa\u0159sk\u00e9mu m\u011bstu Chebu.
