Tak\u00e9 v\u00a0roce 1130 byl Cheb poni\u010den proch\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00edm vojskem; jednalo se snad o vojenskou dru\u017einu \u010desk\u00e9ho p\u0159emyslovsk\u00e9ho kn\u00ed\u017eete Sob\u011bslava I., kter\u00fd se vracel z\u00a0jedn\u00e1n\u00ed s\u00a0\u0159\u00edmsk\u00fdm kr\u00e1lem Lotharem III. \u0160kody byly tehdy tak ohromn\u00e9, \u017ee markrab\u011b Diepold III. z\u00a0Vohburgu nab\u00edzel dokonce zdarma n\u011bkter\u00e9 pozemky k\u00a0obnov\u011b os\u00eddlen\u00ed.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Markrab\u011b Diepold III. z\u00a0Vohburgu nechal p\u0159estav\u011bt p\u016fvodn\u00ed slovanskou akropoli a vybudoval kamenn\u00fd rom\u00e1nsk\u00fd hrad, z\u00a0n\u011bho\u017e se pozd\u011bji dochovala pouze \u010cern\u00e1 v\u011b\u017e a \u010d\u00e1st v\u00fdchodn\u00ed hradby. St\u0159edov\u011bk\u00fd Cheb vznikl spojen\u00edm kamenn\u00e9ho rom\u00e1nsk\u00e9ho hradu s\u00a0tr\u017en\u00edmi osadami v\u00a0jeho bl\u00edzkosti.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Markrab\u011b Diepold III. z\u00a0Vohburgu 1. \u0159\u00edjna 1133 zalo\u017eil mu\u017esk\u00fd kl\u00e1\u0161ter \u0159\u00e1du cisterci\u00e1k\u016f ve Waldsassenu.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">V\u00a0listin\u011b markrab\u011bte Diepolda III. z\u00a0Vohburgu z\u00a015. \u010dervna 1135 se poprv\u00e9 uv\u00e1d\u00ed Chebsk\u00fd spr\u00e1vn\u00ed obvod (\u201e<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">in regione Egere<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201c). N\u011bkdy v\u00a0t\u00e9 dob\u011b bylo zalo\u017eeno nov\u00e9 velk\u00e9 n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed, kam se p\u0159esunula budova radnice, domy bohat\u00fdch chebsk\u00fdch rod\u016f a tak\u00e9 velk\u00e9 tr\u017ei\u0161t\u011b. Horn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed (nov\u00e9ho rynku) se naz\u00fdvala nejprve Obiln\u00fd vr\u0161ek (<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kornb\u00fchel<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> nebo tak\u00e9 <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kornp\u00fchel<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">), pozd\u011bji Ko\u0148sk\u00fd trh (<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ro\u00dfmarkt<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">). V\u00a0t\u00e9to horn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed toti\u017e b\u00fdval obiln\u00fd a dobyt\u010d\u00ed trh. Jedn\u00edm z\u00a0prvn\u00edch rod\u016f, kter\u00e9 si tu postavily d\u016fm, byl starobyl\u00fd m\u011b\u0161\u0165ansk\u00fd rod, kter\u00fd od t\u00e9 doby nosil jm\u00e9no Kornb\u00fchel nebo Kornp\u00fchel.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Uprost\u0159ed n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed byla v\u00a0dom\u011b \u010dp. 1a\/14 z\u0159\u00edzena star\u00e1 gotick\u00e1 radnice. V\u00a0n\u00ed tak\u00e9 byly ulo\u017eeny v\u0161echny star\u00e9 listiny, dokumenty, privilegia a m\u011bstsk\u00e1 pokladna. V\u00a0p\u0159\u00edzem\u00ed radnice byla n\u011bkdy tak\u00e9 mincovna a mu\u010d\u00edrna.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2. b\u0159ezna 1147 se v\u00a0Chebu (\u201e<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2026in opido Eger\u2026<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201c) o\u017eenil \u0161v\u00e1bsk\u00fd v\u00e9voda a pozd\u011bj\u0161\u00ed c\u00edsa\u0159 Friedrich I. Barbarossa s\u00a0d\u011bdi\u010dkou Chebska, Ad\u00e9lou z\u00a0Vohburgu. Svatebn\u00ed hostina se konala na star\u00e9 radnici na n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed. Cheb se potom dostal pod nadvl\u00e1du \u0160tauf\u016f (Hohen\u0161tauf\u016f).
